I. Personal data administrator
POLIGRAFIA JANUSZ NOWAK sp. z o.o. (ul. Zbożowa 7, 62-081 Wysogotowo, KRS: 0000334763), in the light of currently binding law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), commonly referred to as the GDPR, is the administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: Personal Data Administrator).

The administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
The Personal Data Administrator is responsible for the use of personal data in a safe manner and in accordance with applicable, binding law.
II. Purpose and basis of processing of personal data
Your personal data is processed in order to:
- conducting current business activity by the Personal Data Administrator, primarily in the field of providing printing services,
- conclusion and execution of a contract for the provision of printing services,
- fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator,
- establishing, defending and pursuing claims,
- proper provision of services by the Administrator to the contractor.
The legal basis for the processed personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Administrator or third parties. The legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator or third parties results from the necessity to process personal data for the implementation of the Administrator’s business activities, including in particular the search for contractors using the services provided by the Administrator. The legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator or third parties may also result from the need to properly handle the order and the need to properly fulfill contractual obligations by the Administrator. In a situation where the contractor’s representative – a natural person has been indicated as the contact person for the performance of the contract with the Administrator, then the basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. the processing of personal data for the performance of the contract. The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to the recipient in a third country or an international organization.
III. Categories of processing of personal data The Personal Data
Administrator processes the following categories of data: name and surname,
job position, company name, business correspondence address, business e-mail address, andwork phone number.
In a situation where the Administrator requests personal data, providing them is not mandatory,however, necessary for the purposes of establishing and conducting economic cooperation between Administrator and contractor.
Your personal data is not processed for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling.
Personal data come directly from the person to whom they refer. If personal data does not come from the person to whom they refer, then they are obtained from sources commonly available on the Internet (e.g. CEIDG, KRS, company website, etc.)
IV. Entities entrusted with personal data
Personal data is transferred:
1. Entities providing IT services,
2. Entities providing technical support in the use of the accounting and human resources program.
V. Time of personal data processing
Personal data of contractors’ representatives will be stored for the period of keepingeconomic cooperation between the Administrator and the contractor, as well as after its completion, when there are reasonable grounds that this cooperation will be continued or resumed.
VI. Rights related to the processing of personal data by Administrator
You have the right to request from the Personal Data Administrator:
- access to processed data,
- rectification of processed personal data,
- deletion of processed personal data,
- restrictions on the processing of personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data.
The above rights can be exercised by submitting to the Administrator an appropriate request for data indicated in point I. In addition, you are entitled to request that your personal data be transferred to another administrator entity, however, only on condition that the processing will take place in a automated manner and technically feasible. Further processing of your personal data will not be based on consent to processing.
VII. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If the processing of personal data violates the law, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body regarding the processing of personal data by the Personal Data Administrator.
A complaint may be submitted to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Office of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection Personal Data ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
